Question: I know Ultherapy® is a popular non-surgical treatment for a sagging neck and face, but I’ve heard it does not work. You’ve written many articles on Infini. Why don’t I hear much about Infini?
Answer: Infini has distinctive benefits, making it more likely to give a superior result compared to Ultherapy. Not only does Infini treat wrinkles, fine lines, large pores, poor skin texture and scars, but it also tightens and lifts sagging skin. Ultherapy is mainly designed to treat sagging rather the skin surface. Additionally, Infini induces up to five times more collagen stimulation compared to Ulthera.
Based on my practice’s experience with both Infini and Ultherapy, I find a much higher degree of patient satisfaction with Infini. While Ulthera was once the most effective facial tightening device on the market, these days I rarely do Ulthera which is more painful and less effective. Infini is more comfortable, treats a wider range of aging concerns and convenient to maintain on a yearly basis. Unlike Ultherapy, Infini can be safely used after injectable fillers without loss of filler volume.
How popular a procedure is has not necessarily anything to do with its success in treatment. Careful consultation with a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon to determine the best approach for aging face and neck tissues is the first step.
